1. The Drops & Wins Network Promotion is a global promotion valid on Pragmatic Play’s slot game network and will run from November 19, 2025, to March 4, 2026.
2. The total annual prize pool for the full Network Promotion Period is twenty-five million four hundred eighty thousand Euros (€25,480,000), which will be distributed across participating Operators’ networks according to different timelines.
3. The Network Promotion consists of one hundred and five (105) daily tournaments (each a “Daily Tournament”) and fifteen (15) weekly wheel spins (each a “Weekly Wheel Spin”). The mechanism is structured on a weekly basis and runs from Wednesday to the following Wednesday each week. Each week of the Network Promotion, seven (7) Daily Tournaments and one (1) Weekly Spin will be held in parallel.
4. To participate in the Weekly Spin, the player must participate in or register for any of the participating games.
5. To be eligible for a random prize, the player must make a spin with real money in any participating game for any bet amount (“Qualifying Bet”) and collect all three (3) wheel pieces.
If the player collects only one (1) or two (2) pieces without completing the wheel, they are not eligible for a random prize.
6. Wheel pieces are triggered randomly in any Qualifying Bet and only one (1) piece is awarded each time. Once the first wheel piece is collected, the player is entitled to collect the remaining pieces until all three (3) pieces are obtained.
Wheel pieces are only used to qualify for a random prize and do not award any prize until all three (3) pieces are collected.
Players can track their collected wheel pieces via the in-game promotion interface. The number of pieces is visually displayed in the promotion corner in the upper left corner, showing the number of pieces collected compared to the total number of pieces required to complete the wheel.
When the wheel is complete, a full-screen vertical wheel is displayed. Players can spin the wheel by tapping or swiping down to receive a random prize.
7. Free Spin rewards (“Free Spins”) are awarded in the game where the reward was won, consisting of twenty (20) free spins based on the bet amount used to win the reward. If the bet amount exceeds one Euro (€1) or its equivalent in another currency, the Free Spins are awarded at a value of one Euro (€1) or its equivalent in another currency (or the next available bet amount). Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days of the reward being awarded.
Instant bonus rewards (“Instant Bonus”) are awarded as free direct access to the bonus feature of a game selected by Pragmatic Play*, using the same bet amount used to win the reward. If the bet amount exceeds one Euro (€1) or its currency equivalent, the Instant Bonus will be awarded in the amount of one Euro (€1) or its currency equivalent (or the next available bet amount). The Instant Bonus must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the date the prize is awarded.
8. Players can track their winnings, other players’ winnings, and the number of remaining prizes in real time on the promotion interface for each participating game.
9. Each Weekly Wheel Draw will end on whichever of the following dates occurs first.
10. Players must complete all steps outlined above to receive a prize. Each player can win a maximum of two (2) prizes during each Weekly Wheel Draw.
11. For the avoidance of doubt, any portion of the prize pool remaining undistributed at the end of any Weekly Wheel Draw and/or Daily Tournament will be carried over to subsequent stages or the next Network Promotion.
12. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Network Promotion at any time, including the relevant terms and conditions. Such changes will not affect participating players unless necessary to manage/prevent fraud and other illegal activities.
